The philosophy of the kitchen is focused on good craftsmanship,
tradition and respect for the raw products. We solely cook with the best
ingredients of the season - often organic and local.
Having lunch in the inn's secluded garden on warm days
completes the island experience. We serve a large selection of locally
brewed beer as well as homemade snaps.
Dinner is served in the cosy and historic dining rooms of the inn and our
headchef continually updates the gourmet menu to contain the best seasonal
ingredients. We have a varied wine list with selected wines from the whole
world and our wine menu is carefully paired with the different courses.
